Processing time

All Saltedmug mugs are produced on demand by our US fulfillment partner. Orders enter production immediately after payment confirmation.

Production: 2-5 business days
Shipping: 3-6 business days within the contiguous United States
Total estimated delivery: 5-11 business days from order placement

Shipping rates

Flat shipping: $4.99 per order to all contiguous US states.
Free shipping on orders over $35 (automatic at checkout).
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and US territories: additional fees may apply at checkout.

Shipping carriers

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on destination. A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at purchase.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days after the carrier's last update, email saltedmug.team@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
