SALTEDMUG — REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Saltedmug. Because our mugs are produced on demand specifically for your order, we cannot offer free returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect order placement.

Eligible for refund or replacement

We will replace or refund your order at no cost to you if:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken in transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect (misprint, missing element, wrong design).
  • You receive a different product than you ordered.

Not eligible

  • Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or unwanted gifts.
  • Minor color or print variation inherent to print-on-demand production.
  • Orders correctly delivered but returned by carrier due to incorrect customer-provided shipping address.

How to request

Email saltedmug.team@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear photo of the issue (damaged, defect, or wrong product).
  3. A brief description.

We will review your request within 3 business days and, if approved, ship a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After 2 hours, the order enters production with our fulfillment partner and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping address errors

We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping addresses. Reshipment will require payment of new shipping fees.
